HelpDesk and Remote Support

Omniana provides technical support including on-site and remote assistance to our clients.

Click: OmniCare.exe to our clients.

The support hotline is: 0420 329 404

The support service is available during normal business hours Monday to Friday 9:00 hours to 17:00 hours Eastern Standard Time.  Out of hours support is also available by prior arrangement - this can include weekends and Public Holidays.

Omniana technical support will travel to a client's site when remote assistance is unable to resolve issues.

Before accessing remote support please call the support hotline. Then download and run OmniCare.exe.
